“Civinity” takes over more than 100,000 sq.m. m maintenance and cleaning in Lithuania: the first on the list – “Impuls” and “Lemon Gym” sports clubs

“Civinity Solutions”, an international maintenance company for commercial and other non-residential buildings, has signed an agreement with UAB “Impuls LTU” for the maintenance of engineering systems for eight Impuls clubs and the cleaning of several “Lemon Gym” clubs. In general, from 2022 “Civinity Solutions” has agreed to more than 100,000 sq.m. m service of shops, hotels, offices and industrial buildings.

“Civinity Solutions” engineers and building maintenance professionals will be responsible for the technical infrastructure of Impuls’ sports and health clubs, including ventilation, air conditioning, fire, gas, electricity, heating and hot water systems. The company will also take care of the maintenance and emergency service of Impuls building structures. In the near future, “Civinity Solutions” will start providing cleaning services to several “Lemon Gym” clubs in Vilnius.

“Since the middle of last year, we have started to fundamentally change our approach to our activities: instead of providing individual services, we have shifted to complex solutions, because for most building managers and tenants, one-stop-shop support is both more convenient and more efficient. However, the most important change was within the company itself – we performed internal audits, abandoned redundant processes, and listened much more to customer and team feedback. All of this has helped us move away from the market-based approach to building maintenance that something is impossible or too complicated, and to offer a different, solution-oriented mindset. Proof of this is dozens of new facilities throughout Lithuania, including food and construction stores, hotels, business centers and production bases, ”says Ignas Urbonas, CEO of Civinity Solutions. “Thousands of people visit Impuls clubs every day. So it is especially important for us that all club systems work well and that all spaces have a comfortable microclimate for both sports and leisure. This is a complex challenge that we have chosen to entrust to the renewed Civinity Solutions. Together, we will ensure the best visiting experience for our club members, ”comments Ingrida Damulienė, Head of Impuls LTU.
