“Civinity” expands into the regions – services to be offered in Birštonas

“Civinity Namai Kaunas”, a company of “Civinity”, one of the largest building maintenance and engineering solutions groups in the Baltic States, will soon start providing services in the newly built “Birštonas Perlas” facility in the centre of Birštonas.

Currently, “Civinity” group companies provide administration and maintenance services for apartment buildings in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Palanga, Kretinga, Šiauliai, Panevėžys, Marijampole and Druskininkai. And since November, also in Birštonas.

Rokas Drąsutavičius, Head of “Civinity Namai Kaunas”, says that the expansion to Birštonas was chosen in order to offer customers a wider choice of apartment administrators. In addition, with an experienced team of professionals and a strong presence in major Lithuanian cities, they want to continue the expansion.

“We have a vast amount of experience to ensure that our clients receive quality services. Currently there are only 4 apartment management companies in Birštonas, which is why we have decided to expand and operate in one of Lithuania’s resorts. The more choice residents have in terms of administrators, the more the administrators themselves will have to work harder to compete with each other. ” – says Rokas Drąsutavičius.

The first property managed by “Civinity Namai Kaunas” in Birštonas is a newly built 4-storey, A+ energy class apartment block in the very centre of the city. The building is surrounded by both nature and very convenient infrastructure.

“The design and construction of the new apartment building has taken into account the urban relationship of the building with the surrounding area, creating a coherent and clear architectural idea. We are pleased with the results of the project: the vast majority of apartments in this building have already been delivered to their owners, with only a few apartments left vacant,” says Darius Uleckas, co-founder of the real estate consultancy company that helped to realise the project together with the developers.”

When we were thinking about the maintenance of the housing on the site, our main objective was to make sure that the new residents would pay the market price for the maintenance of the building and get quality maintenance, without having to deal with cleaning and lift maintenance themselves. For its part, “Juda NT” continues to develop with its partners in Birštonas and after the successful completion of the project, we have started an even bigger construction project – we have started a new project “Lelijų apartamentai” in the nearby, quiet Lelijų street.

“As far as Birštonas is concerned, we see huge potential for the resort to grow, attract businesses and new residents. As the number of businesses grows, we also see an increased demand for new and quality housing,” says Juras Sadauskas.
